375 watt CFL Cream Caramel and Dynamite Grow - 44 days into flowering, Two Weeks left

well since i noticed most CFL grows just get shot out of the front page rather quickly in the grow journal section of the forum, i decided to finish the grow off here.

pretty much my first grow that is producing something

here are the girls, day 44 flowering, plant on left is dynamite, on right we have cream caramel. already fed them their last time before the flush. gettin really excited for the chop. trichs are all cloudy with maybe 5% amber

under 375 watt cfls using flora nova bloom and mollasses

thanks much man, here it is, 200 in the middle, 40's on either side of that, and the 4 24 watt tubes on the sides adding more next grow

this branch i'm especially happy about, nice little suprise, move over the cola, and i find a few larger chunky dense buds pretty far down coming off of a shoot up against one of my side tubes! okay i know it isn't an HID bud but for cfl i'm happy

update:: day 51...

the cream caramel on the right seems to be very near finish. i was considering harvesting it today, i am seeing maybe 20% amber trichs, the rest cloudy and 80% of the hairs have turned red and withered. i am thinking of harvesting this plant today for a more cerebral high indica, and waiting for the other plant to have over 50% amber for a couch lock high indica. does this sound like a ok idea to anyone? let me know.

not much at all, i just a have a fan blowing at the canopy to move air along.

i have decided to harvest the cream caramel, i will update with pics soon

if your trichs are all cloudy and 5% amber then you need to chop now in my opinion

edit: Very nice btw. What have your temps been during flowering?

the temps have been at a constant 82-85 when lights are on. i don't keep the box closed, i leave it open and just close the closet door in front of it with just a crack for a fan to blow over the canopy.

looks really good. It actually excites me because i wasnt sure about flowering with cfls. I am going to flower 6 plants, each with its own 250w cfl. I like the looks of your buds. Good Job man.

thanks! 250 per plant should be perfect for an individual plant you should be growing some nice buds. I already added 60 watts to my system, and will add another 20 watts soon....i'll be harvesting the other plant in a few days so look back for that

these girls were vegged a little long i think, probably a few weeks longer than i needed. honestly i'm not exactly sure how long i vegged them for, i didn't really keep track

vaped a couple bags and took a couple bong rips from some of the dried popcorns from the cream caramel. the high is excellent. just what i was expecting, a strong cerebral yet relaxing indica high. i don't understand the hate i see toward alot of people harvesting indica w predominant cloudy trichs. i'm having trouble typing right now even though i don't feel like i'm about to fall asleep. its a good high. not that i have anything against a strong couch lock either! i'm floweirng my other one to predominantly amber trichs for a nice nightcap. to me it seems indica is good to smoke w cloudy or amber trichs

edit: i am freaking out and can't find my phone this stuff is good lol

14 grams. i;m happy w this weight from just the popcorns and small shoots from one plant! stuff smells insane
