Ok so a buddy of mine is buying a licensed grow in OK, wants me to help him set it up and be his grower, Will be building a 50'*100' building

Will be using Jacks321, power si(or similar) in coco 2gal bags DTW
Hand watering once a week with Recharge Microbes and then adding mammoth p and maybe sf100 in flower

Flowering Room x2
2x Quest 876 dehumidifiers
6x Mr Cool 24,000btu split units
25 Rolling Benches 4x8- 450 plants per room-18 plants per 4x8
800ft2 of canopy
48 Scyence Dragon Xl Leds- Average of 1050ppfd/5'x3.5' area
co2 @800-1100ppm dependent on plant response and environmental factors
watering 380ml per shot 3-5 times a day depending on the plants growth
nute strength and ec dependent on plant response(measure run off ph/ec watch for nutrient burn or deficiencies/lockout)
Follow VPD Charts for temp/humidity
low to mid 80s (co2, and using leds)

Veg Room
18x Scyence Leds
18 4x8 Rolling Benches
500 plants -16 plants per 4x4
450ft2 canopy
co2 to match light intensity through growth(ppfd/m3=ppm co2)
ppfd/m3 to gradually increase through out veg
watering 380ml per shot 1-3 times a day depending on the plants growth
nute strength and ec dependent on plant response(measure run off ph/ec watch for nutrient burn or deficiencies/lockout)

Question Is- What is the best solutions for feeding/ irrigation on such a large scale
I know i must separate it into different zones but would like to know what you guys think
would be the most hassle free, efficient way to fertigate each room

Floraflex-open-flo bublers- to flex caps, separate tables into zones using open sprinkler?
Or would it better to use inline emmiters(netafim etc) with 3/4 poly on a loop for each table

Thanks, I'm just designing the place, and growing the bud for them, the investors have plenty of money though, I'm just trying to get everything planned out and designed properly. As for my previous question I would like to know if there are any recommendations for certain ways I should irrigate
I.E split tables up into 5 different zones one 1500 gal res per flower room change once a week, or split tables up into 5 different zones and 5 different smaller res instead of 1, change out every 2-4 days to account for strain variations in nute uptake

Whats best way to feed 90(x5) plants 100-400ml evenly at a time with out pressure loss? Its easy to figure out on a smaller scale not so on a large one

Get a solid business contract or get screwed. I know so many growers that did exactly what you are doing and they all got screwed because they didn't get a partnership agreement in writing. OK is flooded right now, growers are having a difficult time moving product right now. A little late to get into the game there.

Thank you for the advice, and for pointing out your concerns, I'm actually a member of the LLC, I just have time, knowledge and the willingness to grow the weed not the large chunks of money they do. So I'm not to worried about getting screwed over, but the saturated market is something that could be of concern, I hope to combat that by producing better Bud then the competitor, and also we're looking at the long term investment, OK is the easiest state to get your foot in the game and federal legalization will happen one day, and were hoping to be established with a brand when that happens. We know its not gonna be a walk in the park, but as long as we plan properly, don't cut no corners, and do our best to grow the best quality bud/meds we should be good.

Based on your plan, what revenue do you need to produce per pound for the plan to be viable?
Maybe ask a couple of OK growers here

How much grow experience do you have at growing the best of the best buds?
I've been growing weed and have been around growers since I was 14 years old, albeit I haven't grown on such a large scale before, so experience isnt at question per say. Marijuana is a weed at the end of the day, its humans trying to push the limits of its genetic potential that makes it complicated, add that to all the bullshit marketing misinformation/ bro science and lack of real scientific data and research to be able to come to any real conclusions it can be hard for the beginner, but it actually is a real easy plant to grow as long as you take a holistic approach to it, and pay equal attention to all environmental variables, growing media/root zone temps/nutrient ratios/ph and ec/proper fertigation(crop steering), light spectrum and intensity, real VPD measurements(leaf temp, ambient temp, humidity), Co2, Ventilation and air flow etc etc. Hence why my original question was asking for help with my issue of irrigating almost 1500(900 flower+ 500 veg + Mothers and clones) plants keeping in mind, that multiple cultivars will be used and nutrient uptake might be different per cultivar, So was just looking for recommendations and advice on how other people have tackled this issue. I know you're one of the well respected members of this forum and would love your input and any ideas you might have

I've looked into that, just flooding the would probably be the simplest way, but would like a little bit more control over the amount of the shot size each plant gets, Plan on using OpenSprinkler and sprinkler valves to separate zones, I was thinking either top feed/ with a floraflex bubbler type setup, or a netafim type drip feed setup. I'm just trying to figure out what works best for plumbing for either situation I guess you can say. check valves, air bleeders, do I run a loop for each row, should I make 5 zones per room or ten, One big res per room or multiple res per room etc. etc. OR something like a dosatron or Agrotek BDX fertigation system, just brainstorming looking for ideas. I have a vision but always like to step outside the box and get different perspectives. I learn from trial and error, and also from the mistakes of others. Others have possibly made mistakes that I haven't even thought about yet so just looking for all the different input I can get

Flood and drain on 40ft long tables sounds and looks more difficult to me,(for even water distribution at exactly the same amounts of uptake the tables would have to be perfectly level, and a recirculating system is more finicky than DTW. Plants take what they want when the need it so the res would have to be monitored way more closely, and then what did the plant eat? your missing 300ppm of what nutrient?Thats I plan on using high frequency fertigation with varying shot sizes/dry back times(growth stage dependent) depending on what the plants are asking for. I need ph swing or flux for proper nutrient uptake Mo absorbs best around 5.5-5.7ph Ca and Mag 6, I want as much control as possible, and dont feel flood and drain is where its at for such a large scale
