Hey guys I am at 5 1/2 weeks of my autos NortherLights, and Blueberry. Everything has been smooth from start. My method mainly was keep it simple and dont overwater feel I achieved both so far and I wanna make sure next steps are best.

Soil- FFOF in 3g smart pots
Lights- 600watt LED had lights on veg and flower switch the whole time at 20/4
Ppm is at 1085, PH roughly 7.5 to 7.8
Water source is tap water that is hard with minerals but de chlorinated. 78-81 degree heat and around 50% humidity.

Next steps this coming week is top dressing, and pruning slightly.
Questions: my NL is flowering already when should I expect to harvest?
Blueberry hasn't budded yet is this okay?
Watering how much should I be watering them now?
Top dress how much?
Any training I should do?
because the other day they both chugged a gallon each
And from the pics any suggestions you would have thank you!
Ps sorry for long post my first grow and my OCD is kicking in.

First pic is both of them for comparison
2/3rd pics are northern lights
4/5th pics Blue berry

Ok so I bought the same pack as you. My blueberry took longer to flower then the rest and also fox tailed bad as well. Be patient and wait for it to flower and maybe these guys can help keep you from getting fox tails.

Are you sure pH is 7.5-7.8? You said "roughly"..you should actually be measuring it..not guessing.

with ph that high..you should be having nutrient problems..

pH nutes/water in soil should be 6.5

Sounds like this grow you're just ..."wingin'it"?

thoughts?

I've been using a prone not sure how accurate that is. I'll look into a better accurate kit

I have notice fox tails when it is thirsty but also new leaves show it. I've been tucking the leaves around alot

Well I grew the blueberry and the northern lights right next each other and the blueberry fox tailed both times and the northern lights didn’t. So I don’t know why

Probes are not accurate unfortunately for ph. They work ok for telling if it’s ready to water but not for ph. Unless you get an expensive one.

I’m using a 600w HPS and still need to go 10+ weeks. I wouldn’t count on 9 being enough. Just saying. Don’t be an early chopper. It’s so depressing looking at all that premature bud that would have been so perfect had you waited 2 more weeks.

post pics as you get closer you will be surprised how long these veterans will tell you to leave it. Trust them listen to them and don’t chop early
