I wouldn't trust Mexicans with LED's because they don't have heavy export in technology like china if any noticeable. But China I'd trust them with the cheapest LED shouldn't be tough. Still LED's and cmh are for places if you don't have enough space. The LED is for the guy in Manhattan with his mini apartment but want fire weed.
Yeah my roof in grow room is 6'5 so thats why i went with bar lights.

If you want to grow weed, just do strips, and control your canopy.

I can't see a reason to choose cobs over strips, unless you have 16 cobs in a 4*4
What kind of lights are “strips”?

From my understanding that is how to get a good harvest when using QB/Strips

But COB’s differ from mid-power diode style lights like board and strips in many ways, chief among them are that COBs provide better canopy penetration while mid-Power diodes provide more even canopy coverage at low operating heights.

Strips are LEDs spaced linearly
Cobs are all packed together

That's my explanation at least

Or a Timber Fatty VS
Or 2 Green Sunshine electric sky es300’s.
they only do a 2x4 to 2.4x5” space each, but they’re amazing lights and even have a 90 day money back guarantee so you can try them out for a grow and see how good they are without being stuck with something your not happy with. The price of two of them is around the same as a lot of other high quality LED’s that cover a 4x4-5x5 footprint for flowering.
You should really check them out; they have a very informative website, and you can even split the bill into 4 equal payments, one when you buy and another every 2 weeks fir the next 6 weeks with Sezzle. I use this method all the time forlarger purchases as you can set up the payments to be taken out ofyour account on your payday, whichreally works well for me, and you can even postpone payments up to 4 times if your short on cash.
I just ordered one of them today, actually, to try out in a 2x4 GG Shorty I usually use for breeding. If I like them I’ll prob replace all my MH/HPS lights.
Good luck bro
