A few messed up plants?

I over watered them when they first popped, plus I had my ts1000 about 20" away at 100% intensity. Light is now at 50% and 28 inches away, about to start easily raising because its grown 2 inches in 4 days, Actually killed 1 before I even knew it before I got my light dialed in better shall I say. They are in fox farm ocean forest with great white Mycorrhizae, I haven't fed them yet with the fox farms nutes. Should I? Last watered with 6.3ph 3 days ago. Flushed basically, pots are getting lighter. Any serious suggestions?

No don't add nutes yet...at that size with ffof they have plenty for a while. Likely this all revolves around watering
I did overwater at first, caught myself watering a little 2 or 3 times a day, had them in 3 gallon pots, probably allowed salts to build up. But gently transplanted with no disturbance of roots. Took right off when I backed that light down

I use a cheap moisture meter and when it gets almost to dry I water them. About every 3 days. They are in small pots under a 600 mh that is 15" over them. The leaves read between 87 and 90 degrees with a point and pull thermometer.

I like your plants but you hijacked my post so now I'm not sure if people are answering me or you....

They are way too young to start judging them yet. Give them a couple weeks pluck off those dead leaves and enjoy. You should consider hcecking your waters PH before watering them. If your in soil you're going to want a 6.2-6.5 PH and in coco/peat you want a 5.7-6.2 ph generally. Coco I run a 5.8 PH. Soil i used to run a 6.2 PH.

You want your PH to be lower, you can literally use Lemon Juice or Lime Juice to bring it down for now but you will need to check your PH after adjusting. I would recommend ordering the bellow products they are super cheap and super super effective. Literally I use a few drops to bring my 20 gallon reservoir from 6.2 PH down to 5.8.. Literally maybe 1 ML per 20 gallons of water to adjust.

If you want a cheap PH test it would be something like this: https://www.amazon.com/General-Hydroponics-pH-Control-Kit/dp/B000BNKWZY

for all 3 products your looking at 40 bucks. You should only need PH down from the sound of it though. The liquid tester is super reliable and very accurate, avoid cheap PH pens for the life of you. For PH pen I recommend nothing but Blue Labs but they are not cheap...

The Digital PH pens on Amazon/eBay that cost $20-30 are always out of calibration and can cost you your yield and quality.
