A Question For Those In Washington And Colorado

Just how does legalization apply to "Home Growers"? And by "Home Growers", I mean non-commercial, personal recreational use only.

What sort of "limits" will be set on Home Gardens (and other stuff like that!) And if this type of thing is still being established - what is the Deadline/Effective Date for a full-on "Go Time"?

On second thought, any news on any aspect of the legalization process in those two states will be greatly appreciated!

It's time for some Up-Dates, in order to keep us all in the loop!

I live in Longview Washington, and I was in the sheriffs office the other day and they had 3 big anti-marijuana posters in there office, now Cowlitz county has a HUGE METH / HERIONE problem and not ONE poster for anything OTHER than Marijuana.

But what the hell do I know I am just a stoner.

It sounds as if not much has changed - that's too bad! Perhaps the next state (or states) that vote for legalization will include provisions that are a bit more "Grower Friendly", let's hope so!

I had cops in my house when someone broke in (didn't steal my pot shit, took some random other shit, electronics etc) and they didn't even wink twice at it. Didn't even ask for my green card, had my volcano, an eighth and a bong out in plain sight on top of my growing equipment and some soil.
