Not sure what’s going on. First indoor grow. Second grow period. I am using an ebb and flow system with a 10 gallon reservoir. I am using technaflora recipe for success kit. I am started feed below recommended dosage and gradually increased but still below suggested.
Recommended ec is 2.0. I am at 1.8. Using a blue lab meter. Ph is 6.0 avg give or take .3. Avg temp is 70f at night and 76 - 81 f daytime. Humidity is 40-60%. I just started some light foliage feeding with technaflora b1 seaweed kelp for firs feeding. I feed once at 400 am on timer and second time around 500 pm. I’m using true 450w led lights at 20 inches away. Fans, constant air exchange, humidifier, res bubbler . My guess is it is Nitrogen deficiency. But I need some experience. These are going to be my mothers started from seed. The genetics are blue dream sativa dominant from ILGM. The medium is coco coir mixed with perilite. Coir washed and buffered with cal mag. I’m not super worried but I would like to figure this out to better myself. Will be transplanting into soil and moved after clones removed. Currently 14 days into VEG. Advice is greatly appreciated my fellow stoners.

I agree, Nitro deficiency. And what looks like calcium as well.
I agree. Looks like a mag deficiency. Cal-mag booster I bet would fix the problem however, imo this deficiency has progressed way too far. Whatever you find fixes this issue you need to take note and pick this up at a way early stage. I wouldn't doubt that you did some serious stunting of growth.
I also would suggest you take these pics to the local hydro store. Mine here is great, one look at a picture and she goes on a tangent explaining all the details for me. To me in my household those plants are in a state of emergency and justifies going to see my hydro lady about it (like taking a pet to the vet). Hope this helps but I would understand if you waited for someone to back this up as I don't share grow journals.

If your feeding a good nutrient at 1.8 ec...you are not nitrogen deficient.

Most people recommend keeping ec under 1.5. From my experience when I pushed above 1.5 I got nitrogen tox and calcium def. And that is what it looks like you have going on.

The scrunch leaf are caused by nitrogen tox.

Agree on the EC and you might try rolling that back to 1.6 at least and observe. Watch the new growth.

So I keep reading that anything over 2.0 except is overkill. But according to technaflora the final result should be 2.0 ec. I started off low around.05 at seedling. And gradually rose from .05 to 1.8 into week two of veg. I only pushed it to 2.0. Because the issue never got better. It always looked like nitro deficiency. I’m about to get some new nutes. Is it possible that different nutes feed differently at different e.c’s ? Has anyone seen it?
