that is Thanos...he's not an Avenger, he's a villain...just like trump and jones, except he occasionally succeeds in his evil plots, because comic book writers are smarter than them.
It was a joke, bro. Thanos never twerked what he was workin with either but doesn't mean it wasn't funny, lol.

I got what he meant.

BREAKING: Jury Orders Alex Jones To Pay $45M In Damages To Sandy Hook Parents
120,339 views Aug 5, 2022 A jury has ordered Alex Jones to pay $45.2 million in punitive damages to the parents of victims in the Sandy Hook shooting. NBC News' Ben Collins reports.
with his net worth estimated as high as $270 million, that is 1/6 what it should be. In a case involving death, the punishment should be his, and his fake news service’s, cultural and financial death.

I hope at least they gave him 24h to pay in full. He should be dancing like a spider on a stovetop to obtain the necessary usurious loans.

Alex Jones must pay more than $45 million in punitive damages to the family of a Sandy Hook massacre victim, jury orders
I don't want to be the skunk at the picnic but, you know, Texas.

"Reynal objected to the decision, arguing that the verdict did not comply with Texas law, which caps the actual award at $750,000 per plaintiff. The judge acknowledged the objection and added that the law implies that in the state “we don’t trust our juries.”"

hope he decides to throw that law out, which would leave the cap to his discretion until it fails a court challenge or new legislation is passed...

I don't think a judge -- not even a Texas judge -- can do that. Maybe a state supreme court judge can do that. It will be tied up in courts for a long time if it comes to that. But I only know what I read. I prefer to think that Jones is on the hook for 45 million as a penalty and 4 million in damages.

ok, so they can't just strike down a law...but they can declare it invalid temporarily, refuse to enforce it, and enjoin the executive branch from enforcing it, till it's ruled on by a higher court.
of course, with this pile of shit supreme court it will always go the way of republican conservative religious zealots, no matter what is getting ruled on

Yeah, he may never pay a cent, but he’s been exposed as a liar and a fraudster. He is on record admitting his “movement” is nothing but bullshit. This won’t change the minds of his ardent followers but it has a value, at least to the plaintiffs.

In the meantime we can hope his doctor is as competent as his lawyer and fucks up his blood pressure medication prescription (you know the fat fuck is taking BP meds).
