All in one kit quesion

At what point should I be harvesting these? I have caps that have opened up and kinda split at the top now. Do I pick these ones and leave the others? Prob getting really close to my light as well. Not sue if that makes a difference or not. Is there a point where they lose potency or start to go bad by letting them go for too long?

I can't post pics. I don't know how to scrub data from them. I guess Ill just take a few that look done and set them off to dry. I have a food dehydrator so Ill just lay them on those racks. Do they need any special treatment for drying?

I took some off and I'm kinda worried about some stuff that looks like mold on some of them. Its got some weird stuff on the caps. Some stems I pulled off around the bottom were soaked. Split easy down the stem. I think it was too wet on the bottom. Not sure if any of this is safe to eat now. Fuck...

Yeah I think these shrooms are fucked. I put them on a rack on a shelf in my closet. Bad idea as there was what looked like mold on the shelf under the rack this morning. I can see a little green on the stems. This looks like I fucked up. You can see what looks like strings from the end of the cap to the stem. Looks like small spot around the cap have tiny white mold on it. Most if not all the stems look weird. I hate to toss all this in the garbage but it looks like I should. I know its impossible w/o pics but any advice?
