Am I SCROG wrong?

So I’ve been scrog for a day and my main top stem is bent and it’s leaning so I’m worndering sm I doing it wrong becuz I’m not using a tent I’m using more of a space tote so it’s kinda hard to set it up ya know

Scrog shouldn't have a main stem, your supposed to tuck tops that get higher than the others under the trellis and train everything to the edges so the tops are somewhat even. But don't try and fix this now.
Also the trellis holes are too big for effective scrog training. Use something with many more holes next time. Good luck!

So should I just see if it goes back to normal because it kinda just looked bent and strained from being in that position for that period of time ... but what should I do ?

Scrog is made to be used during vegetative stage, the plant is tucked under the net as it grows. Usually you will tuck the branches up untill about weeks 2 or 3 of flower, then you stop training. This allows the nugs to grow upwards, and out of the net.
I would remove the net, it looks like you have a 7 week flower plant and just added the net today.
