Find a purity stone you can rub against, or make one. Some people make tiny spaces of altars to focus energy. Im not endorsing any particular incarnation of the concept, just sharing what can work.

How to create mini altars around your home
Your purity stone may be anything, your dog, someone elses dog (therapy animals), a fav coffee shop that hasnt been soured for you yet by a bad incident. Purity stones move and change. Like an old video game you dont like anymore...that was a purity stone temporarily for you actually.
Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy nailed it my friend. "Hang the sense of it and find something to keep yourself busy"...right now ur 'busy' is finding ur next purity stone. Youve emotionally matured past the one you were just using.
