Any ideas what could be causing this problem?
A bit of info
3x3 tent
FFOF soil in 3 gallon pails
2x1500w led spider farm
Around 85f temps
Humidity was quite low for several days 25-30% (could be the problem)
Put a humidifier in yesterday aiming for 55-60%
The next growth is curling and standing straight up

Have you been feeding them, because FFOF is kinda hot at first?

I dont know man, I dont think it has anything to do with the humidity. Looks more like heat stress. 85f is kinda hot unless your running co2? The way those leaves are tacoing like that usually always spells heat issues in my garden. I keep a dry room and never see that.

You think the temperature is too high? Should I try to lower it

I would. 85f is too hot. Is that at the canopy? Could be even hotter if not. You got a fan blowing on your drivers too keep them cool? That can lower the temps in the space some. I use the little clip on fans blowing directly on my drivers. Keeeps them cool, the room cooler, and the lights last longer. Win win all the way around.

when humidity is low you need to keep temps low. my guess is your in socal? been sub 30% RH here for like a month straight. thankfully when it gets this dry it usually also gets cold. keep temp down to mid 70s shouldn't be a problem.

humidifiers cause problems. air con or more exhaust is your answer.

Its not the heat 85 isnt that bad

they dont look that bad maybe raise the light up a couple of inches see if that helps. other than that its a nutrient microbes over under watering humidity issue

Yes it's definitely not 3000w from the wall LoL they are LED
What Spider Farmer lights do you have? I'm curious.

Everything looks fine, except I think you might be feeding them a tiny bit too much.

My RH is always crazy low. It's under 10% right now, and usually is. I don't stress it too much. The plants are more suseptible to nute burn and stuff though.

And 85 degrees is perfectly fine for LED lights. I try for high 70's to low 80's, but it's been in the 90's during summer without any problems.

90F 10% RH no problems? you must have some strong strains thats like 4.00kpa

what i've noticed here (socal) is that when it gets warm it gets humid and when it gets cold it gets dry. and the plants always seem happy. i don't pay much attention to VPD but i do try to keep with the idea in principle.

The first round I had to use a dehumidifier sometimes, but then I added a vent outside. I haven't turned on the dehumidifier since. If anything I need a humidifier, but since I'm constantly exhausing outside it would be pointless.

I've grown a bunch of strains like this. They would be happier with more humidity, but it still works. It is more stressful for them though.

And I try to keep the temps lower than 90.

Idk they are spider farm LED from Amazon. And honestly I'm a amateur but I'm doubtful that your plants grow in %10 humidity

Plants can def grow in 10% humidity. Its 17% RH here and hasn't been much higher in a month. We've had several devastating wildfires in the area as a result. but the MJ plants are fine in the veg tent and the flower tent.

The key thing to remember is temperature and humidity are like brother and sister. talking about one without talking about the other is useless. When its hot and dry is when things quickly go bad. Hot + humid = no problem. Cold + dry = no problem. Its been alluded to several times here the scientific cause of the problem is VPD if you wanna read up on it.

Different genetics will also have adapted to different environments over thousands of years so there is that too.
