https://doubleblindmag.com/stamets-stack/ I've been hearing about the stamets stack (psilocybin, lion's mane and niacin) recently. My dad has pretty bad case of neuropathy in his feet, I'm curious if this would help him. Anyone have positive experience with this?
Sounds interesting ive seen him speak on podcasts and documentaries where he mentioned this a bit id be curious about the combo not so much for myself but for some other people i know

I was stacking psilocybin with lion's mane and it was making me feel a bit nauseous. Not sure if it was mental or if other's have experienced the same? I will probably give it another try, i feel the benefit could outweigh the nausea if I can just get over it.

Look for mycelliated grain extracts they are quite effective. I use a reishi , cordyceps , lions mane and turkey tail admixture daily that has done wonders for my Lyme disease and Sciatica issues. Stamets is too concerned turning a profit imo, you can find higher quality and more effective products cheaper than what he offers. Psilocyn / Psilocybin seem to be more effective for neurogenesis in my experience as opposed to pain / inflammation. They have a tendency to flair the nerve endings for me I don't know if that will be particularly helpful for feet neuropathy.

Which brand are you using now? I used to buy stamets products but recently tried the 5 defender blend from RealMushrooms and I like it.

The corydceps and reishi I get from a local farmers market. Turkey tails and lions mane I cultivate myself.

RealMushrooms seems to be making their extracts from actual fruit bodies. I lean toward a sorghum based myceliated extract made from colonized grain spawn (mycelium) for cost reasons. They (RM) are actually fruiting out said grain spawn and making extracts from the mushroom fruit bodies. Slightly more labor and cost intensive which justifies their pricing. They are similarly priced to stamets line but if I am not mistaken stamets uses myceliated extracts from spawn grown on rice (hulls?).
I may give RM a try after I run out of my current batch just for comparisons sake.
