Anyone know what wrong with her?

I did notice this after first feeding, I did flush it out yesterday in case I over feed it. Its a sativa haze. Any recommendations will be greatly appreciated, I'm also using 2 t5s any opinions on my lighting source, I know I kept the light to far for first few 3 weeks.

Leaf miner. U can get a knife and pry the bugger out of it's gallery if he is still there.

I'd keep him. They make pretty cool designs in the leaf.
