That's just there for extra heat. It's chilly down there! Lol I'll post some more pictures a little later. The BGB clone from last fall has really grown!

Have you tried potassium bicarbonate and silica? Both of those have become near and dear to my heart. Since I started spraying with both and giving my plants a boost of silica in their feeding I have had zero bud rot problems...
Well the bt probably helps out too. Outside ya' really gotta watch out for boring worms.
Indoor I just add silica to there feed.
Boring Worms?

Not those, no, although, I believe we have found them. Like cornborer and other moth larvae. Those nasty little pink,.orange, or white little bastards that eat through stems and buds... BT, and Spinosad are your friends. If the moth gets her eggs laid and they hatch the larvae start to die as soon as they start to feed.

Forgot to post a picture of my latest. This was the last good looking photo before it started dying off. Got 10oz dry off it. I was dropping colas when I cut them not expecting them to be so heavy.
Went from 8oz, 8oz, 8oz, 9oz and 10oz. Besides the potassium bicarbonate cutting losses to bud rot and a bud bulker, I think the change was figuring out to extend the week of the feed schedule that cuts the nitrogen as long as possible. Can't wait to circle back to indica to work that into a feed schedule that doesn't need any extending.
This is my needed variety for inhaling. Medi Haze. Supposed to be small buds. All the buds I've got from IESO have been popcorn size whether they were full priced eights or "discounted" quarters of popcorn. The biggest bud from this was pushing a half and I like to take everything off the main stem that is willing.
It went right into flower at flip, no extra training, very little stretch for a sativa (all Haze except for the "CBD parents"). But I think part of why it was so small was growing it tall for clones to seed before topping it to LST.

An update from the hoop house known as, "Parts Unknown!"... They're finally all in their planters! 20210622_103040.jpg
And yes I am aware that it's still a mess in there. LOL! Too many projects keep getting in the way. I should have everything else out and the mulching done by tomorrow. Then the other edible plants can go in too. And then there is the back roof to tear off and replace on the house... it's a damn good thing I grow pot! With all these things to get done, I would lose my mind without it...

I'm looking for my own "parts unknown". Hopefully it fills up nicely like your last harvest pictures!

Oh I'm sure it will. We cooked up another yard of the same type of soil and added it to all five of the raised planters. And they are just starting to really dig I to their new home. The Big Green Bastard has already shown itself to be more than eager to take over as much space as fast as it possibly can. The QFT is actually showing itself to be quite vigorous too.
The two Sherbet plants are doing great and starting to spread. And the last one, another Passion Fruit, looks crazy because of the torture I put her through all winter long. But she should end up even bigger than last years.
As it stands now, I should end up with even more than last year's crop.... So now I think I may need to start running the hash washing machine some more, to make more room! Lol!!! Speaking of that I think it's time for a nice bowl Sour Banana Sherbet with some of the same hash on top!
I hope everyone is having a great weekend! And, I love all of you cats!

Aww snap! Lol, (how longs it been since someone used that phrase? ) I forgot to mention that we also made a load of biochar from some of the branches from last year's crop, and inoculated it with a whole bunch of different life (while making tea) and added it to each planter too.

And there is bacterial and fungal growth all over the place. Now, I guess I'm going to have to water the floor too.....lol
