Are these close to being done?

As the title says, looking for direction on when these will be ready for harvest. Each strain is supposed to an be 8-11 week flowering period. Tomorrow ends week 9, and not sure even the 8 week strain is done yet. In here I have:

Barneys strawberry lemonade
Gdp granddaddy purple
Barneys laughing buddha
Barneys acapulco gold

How much longer do you think these lady's have?

The one in the first picture is closest to finishing but still has maybe 2 weeks to go. The others 3 weeks or more.

Thanks guys! May I ask what you guys are looking for when coming up with these numbers? Also, do you find that plants tend to go longer than breeder recc9mendations, or is my environment perhaps prolonging it?

Overall plant appearance and experience. The pistils should have all turned brown/orange and have receeded towards the swelled calyx when ready. When you look at enough of them you can tell. GL
