These can grow to great populations fastly. Smaller ones are not a problem for growth, but yougoing to have "meat" in your cannabis..... say, it's not going to be vegan anymore. In the end this flys lay everywhere in the trics, because they are so stupid to land there, and then they die. One small step for a sciaridae, but endless steps to tweeze them dead bodies outta the bud again. When they get lots.... its sysiphus to tweeze them out...

Use yellow-lime-plates to catch them off before they lay eggs, that reduces their pop growing so fast.

The larvae can eat roots but thats also problematic first when they explode in population.... so stop them early stage!
Usually these have it easy when your pots have holes, like airpots.... better are ceramique pots to give them less territory

One way to stop them is putting a layer of sand on top of the soil so they cannot lay eggs in the soil.

Neem does work to... but is notneccesary at early stage to stop them reproducing.

Heres the same grow 3 weeks later at bt 49.... still 3 weeks to grow.... theres still lot more to come.... hairs starting sloowly turning in some orange, but only few...... still needs long, this looks amazing for me... im first trying out the 6-8% NIR-LEDs, thats the colored circles in the other pics, the position angle of them.

There was a little overfeeding with the PK-booster-compost tea once at week 4, but they nevermind it and grew steady.

The yellow-lime plates are excellent, they always land their looking for partner... when it catched some it seems to speed up, more and more land idiots, they think that lim is where the party is going on, but its a slow and boring starve to death trap... pretty evil.... you can blow slight air against them at the lime and see these flies live on there for some days slowly dehydrating! Damn its an evil trap God forgive, but they must leave, and if they're not willing, so i use force.
