Auto flower showing pistols

Plants are zkittles berry blast autos
So the smaller plant on the left is just starting to show a couple of pistols. Is that normal? They're 3 weeks from sprout the bigger one isnt showing anything yet and powering on. Light schedule is 18/6. Wondering if she'll grow much bigger from here.

Nice looking plants......well done.
I've only grown autos a couple of times........they usually start showing pistils between 3-4 weeks.

It'll grow bigger as it stretches then it will flower but it may not get bigger than 12-13 inches tall though.

Thanks man hopefully I'm on track was hoping to spread them out in a trellis net but I dont think they're going to grow big enough. Then again if they're going to stretch like photos do who knows.

They look good from here. I would get them in a bigger pot ASAP to flower in.

My last auto was same size as yours when I seen pistils... but I put her in a 5gal and she stretched til she was 11” from the light @ max hanging height.
Hmm this has me worried I was planning on finishing in thes pots I thought they would be plenty big enough

You can.. but it could keep your plants small too. If you are in a 2x2.. you should be ok with those pots. If you have a 2x4.. you’re gonna wanna transplant & reap the benefits.. (given you have a decent light & rest of the set up.)

Tent is only 1.5x3 so pretty tight anyway so hopefully pots will keep the size down a bit. I have a trellis net at the ready to try and catch the stretch if it happens.

I had both a stunted Zkittlez auto and Gelato OG auto that sat at 4" for 2 weeks then started showing pistils, I was scared they weren't going to get much taller but they're 32.5" and 34" now and looking great.

On the other hand I had another stunted Gelato OG auto that started flowering at 7.25" and it's sadly finishing out no more than 9.5".

I'm a newb and running hydroponics, I had several problems stack causing the stunting (fungus gnat larvae destroyed my roots, AC went out for 3 weeks in July spiking my reservoir and room temps, and overwatering due to stress causing them to drink less). Despite all of the problems, most of the ones that were stunted grew much taller once they started flowering and stretched.

I'm on another batch of the same autos with most things going perfect and I've had them start showing pistils anywhere from 5.5" to 12", and those are stretching now (my "monster" Zkittlez has been averaging 1.75" per day and 2 others are going 1.25" per day).
