Autoflower flowering 2 weeks in??

Yours are barely starting flower and not much you can do once they've started. Luck of the draw. Yes it's normal.

I've got two Purple Punch autos going myself right now and they started flowering not long after yours at day 20. They are at day 35 now and doing alright.
