Banana's. Are they real?

I just watched a video. It showed a thing called a "Banana" apparently it has pollen in it to breed only female seeds? Is this true?

Yes they are found on male or hermaphrodite plants

If ur female hermies it'll get them or pollen sacks. Also towards the end of flowering sometimes females will banana themselves in a last attempt to pollinate.

Unless you meant to seed your plant, we usually regard "naners" as a bad thing.
