Best medium for growing while away for 4-6 days

So I routinely travel for work. Typically gone for 4-6 days, occasionally longer.

I have help at home that can do minor upkeep while I'm gone.

Initially I was leaning towards DWC, but is this reasonable to run "unattended" for a time?

I'd be able to premix a water change and have that done while I'm away, or have water / nutes added.

I'm open to all suggestions, looking forward to your input!

Hey man, well I guess it depends on the amount of equipment you want, you can grow with RDWC style, having a reservoir and some irrigation system, etc. But if you don't want too much equipment, or any equipment, I would recommend growing organically.
Get a big pot, like 10-20 gallons, and you can water your plant once a week during veg and 2 times a week during flower.

Cool. "Amount of equipment" isn't an issue, I'd just like to make sure I can keep them healthy and have a nice successful grow!

Take a look at Autopots. The system comes with a 12.5 gallon reservoir and doesnt need any electricity. you can feed once a week and not worry. It has lots of options for container size and amount of containers.
