Better lecithin

I've used powdered and liquid. This is the liquid I've used:

I don't know if it's any better than the powder but it dissolves easier than the powder. I hope that helps.

This is the kind of been using also. Thick and slooooowwwwww. Sticks to the spoon, hard to measure accurately. Had to ditch trying to measure it out in a spoon or something else , I’ve gone to a squeeze and count method lol.

I use a scale and yes I hate it and the powdered stuff. But for me the powder is worse. I plan to try warming it up. But if you lightly grease your measuring spoon it comes out easier.

Always use organic sunflower lethicin...the liquid is the best for gummies.

Soy lethicin has hormone issues in the human body. And I eat way too many gummies for that.

Sunflower lethicin with guar gum holds fat hard in a gummy too. I push it.

1 1/2 cups of SAF coco oil
1 1/2 cups of water
18 oz of jello
1 oz of platinum gelatin
1 heaping tablespoon of guar guar
1 heaping tablespoon of citric acid.
1 heaping teaspoon to an overrun of sunflower lethicin.
1/4 cup of corn syrup.

simmer for 15 never boiling always stirring and it made 150 X 8 to 10 ml gummies this morning ....these are about 75MG each

:)

Sunflower lethicin for the win !

Sunflower lecithin is a healthier choice since less pesticides and herbicides is used with growing Sunflowers. Another reason is Sunflower lecithin is cold pressed while soy has to be heated to be extracted.

I use sunflower lecthin and infuse with coconut oil. I warm the coconut oil in a pan on the stove to liquify it. Once warmed up I add the powdered sunflower lecithin and whisk it until dissolved then add it to the magic butter machine.
