Blissful Wizard

So, I got a hold of this strain.
It's famous for winning 1st place in the 2015 SoCal Cannabis Cup as a non-solvent hash. It' a cross of GSC (which I love) and Captain Cookies. I never tried Blissful Wizard, but I love GSC, and folks say BW provides the kind of energetic, warm, focused kind of effect that I like. So, I really wanna try growing it. Problem is, there is virtually no info on growing this strain, and I found no diaries.

The only pieces of information that I found:
1. This passage, copied verbatim on several seed sites:
Only a few pieces of information about growing this strain are available. But the most important thing is to give the plant extra Tender Love and Care, especially during its flowering stage. Check for pests and check for the possible appearance of fungus and molds that can cause the destruction of its large nugs. This plant is also challenging to cultivate if you are still a neophyte in growing cannabis. This is not for first-time growers. Organic fertilizers and supplements work best when growing this strain.Bran
2. A post by some guy on another forum, claiming that Blissful Wizard and Gorilla Glue #4 both get a lot of hermies.

3. A mention by some guy who grew it under 11-13 flower light cycle, and the nugs/plant came out frosty but underdeveloped/small.

So, I am thinking:
- Extra light strength for flower phase, 11.5-12.5 light cycle (a compromise between reducing risk of hermying at 12 hours of darkness sharp VS being underdeveloped at 13 hours of darkness). FoxFarm Ocean Farm soil.
- Drench soil in solo cup with peroxide to kill larva/pathogens, prior to planting the seedling.
- Germinate seeds in a peroxide solution, per Ed Rosenthal technique, to kill any potential spores on the seeds.
- I thought about drenching the soil in a 5 gal fabric pot before replanting the sprout from the solo cup, but I don't want to kill beneficials, and a sprout will probably be robust enough by then.

Does it make sense, or is it stupid?
1st time grower--critique is welcome.

You got a cut of the bwiz32 or just growing it from seed? I grew a blissful cross that was heavy blissful wizard and she was fine. Cookie strains are finicky sometimes so if this is your first grow you may want to try an easier one if your worried about herms.
Mine did fine with lots of nutes and light, heavy defol and whatnot and I didn't get herms.

I have seeds. Supposed to be pure Blissful Wizard.
I also have Grand Daddy Purple and a cross of San Fernando Valley x Sensi Star.

I want to grow all 3, but I really prefer sativa effect, so I want to have more of Blissful.

I was thinking about doing it in a 4x4 tent with 2 LED Blurples (240 W from the wall/600 w claimed HID equivalent each) and maybe add 1 CMH (300 or 600 wt) to it.

Would you recommend SoG or Scrog with this strain? I understand that I am a newbie, but I really want some cookies stuff. :)
What was your soil, nute regiment, defol timing, veg/flower cycle? I would appreciate any advice I can get.

Scrog

I ran the BW clone for awhile and it is the densest, weirdo plant I have come across. Stout, but lots of dense inner branching that will take time to clear out.

I also have the bw32 cut and it's completely different. Tall columnar growth that looks like a hibiscus when mature
Appreciate the insight!
How many would you grow in a 4x4 tent?
How was the yield/effect?
How long did you veg, flower? Did you top? If yes, when?
When did you ScroG?

Would 2 blurples with 240 watt from the wall each (allegedly 600 Wt HID equivalent per each blurple) be enough for a good veg of this strain in a 4x4, or should I add a CMH (300? 600 wt?)?

Sorry for a million questions! So little info online, so your insight is priceless. No pressure tho!
Thank you!

You are overthinking this completely. Its weed. Grow it however your going to in whatever medium your going to. There's little info because growing weed is a general thing to understand and then you can fine tune little aspects, your not going to find tons if detailed how tos on each strain. It should be done in under 70 days, veg longer to fill the canopy.

You flip your scrog when you have every inch of trellis filled. Your blurples will grow just fine for your first time.

It's not just weed. It's a precious being that I want to thrive and become a tasty, sticky, colourful cutie-patootie. c:

Why not cross purple haze x Blissful wizard and name it "Blurple Wizard" ?

Couple of years ago I was gifted and flowered some Sophies Breath x Blissful Wizard 1212 from seed. Small but really nice plants, I'll be revisiting them sometime in the future for sure. Be good to see some more BW pics

Nice, I’m sure you’ll find some fire but I’m not going to lie, beware of the Hermis! I got 2-3 hermis in my pack, but the 2 winner phenos I got was worth the hunt honestly

blissful wizard 32 is all I am growing right now.. the pheno I have looks like a mutant... grows very slow and skinny like a tree... have to train to get it to be a bush and give you good yield... This strain is amazing.. Its my favorite weed and cannot get enough of it... very popular around my area..

Blissful Wizard 32 is a heavy hitting unigue kush tasting Indica.. I'm literally searching the net for some seeds to try to get another pheno
