I have a question about my plants. Im growing a blue magoo hybrid and im in week 5 of flower. Been using opensesame by itself at 1/4 dose teaspoon each week leveled off at 1 teaspoon and has been doing great. Been noticing a few fan leaves starting to turn brownish yellow? What do i need to do. Cal mag ? Drop to half strength? Also i have beastie blooms whe. Should i start and stop? Im using a 600 aglex led and an unbranded 3000 watt led full spectrum flower led at 18 inches in height. No light burn signs... And i can always see the problems in the plants better in the blue red led verses the white yellow cob light? Over all theylook really good. I have another plant budding same stage same room just its an oregon home made strain called home depot short dark buds everywhere. Slight tip burn on it too? First 3 pics areof the. Lue magoo

Thats the beginnings of a potassium deficiency in pics 3 and 4.

Drop the levels of the nitrogen, you have too much.

Increase the levels of the potassium, they need that in flower, it should dominate.

Im feeding them open sesame by foxfarm 5-45-19 so how could it be pottassium. Should i go to beastie bloomz 0-50-30 then.? What is a good pottassium supplement

Not sure i think organic top soil? I was gifted these plants a month old in pots. Normal planting soil probably. I immediatly transplanted to bigger pots with whitney organic potting soil plus myko root enhancer.

I only ask what type of soil you are using because regular soil like promix for example, doesn’t have anything nutrient related, so an organic amendment or bottle feeding is required. If the soil is already mixed with nutrients, adding additional nutrients will burn the girls. Just water with a 6.5-7 ph. Calmag may be needed also depending on the type of water you are using too. If you were using coco you would know it, so I don’t feel it’s necessary to go into the steps needed there. And yes molasses is good to use. Make sure it’s blackstrap, ( unsulphured ) which can be bought at your local grocery store. No more than 2 tsp per gallon of water will be sufficient. And remember to ph after adding it to your water.

Im using distilled water at 6.0 ph my molasses is unsulphured and ph didnt jump when i mixed it with a gallon of distilled water. And it was plan top soil no extra nutes. Soil is staying at 6.5. Imweeks.m running open sesame at 3/4 teaspoon per gallon was going to switch over to beastieblooms for a few weeks at half dose with inbetween waters with molasses at 1 1/2 teaspoons per gallon. I dont know my ppm but i figured running at half dose is safe rule of thumb. I had the foxfarm trio in the mail by friday the gro big, big bloom and tiger bloom but i dont think i should even get into those with this harvest
Sorry not trying to unload on you but...lol

I have a veg tent in another room with 4 granddaddy purples (in whitneys organic potting soil) 3 weeks old one auto lemon( organic potting soil with bottom of 7 gallon pot living soil) the just popped and 3 cloned blue magoos in a top feed dwc bubbler. Roots are about to drop now. Im experimenting with the bubbler to see if i have any luck? Although i used kind of small cutting so they have taking longer but they are growing. They all are on maxi gro veg 10_5_14 right now with a molasses foliar spray last night started every 2weeks.
