Lowest paid positions on any job website (at least in BC) lol What happened to the 6billion dollar market? I know the ones that built it packed it up and went home. Also who the fuck came up with the word Bud Tender. Al Budy would have drove his Duster into the mall if they called him a Shoe Tender.

Why would working a till be worth more than min wage? The job requires no knowledge, no training, no education, only that your of legal age.

I think its funny they also want you to tip..... Bitch you do nothing put push a button on an ipad..... GTFOH

All the guys at my local OCS stores are just stoners who got a license to open a store.
Never been asked to tip, never been recommended a bad product, always paid a stupid high price.

I'm still seeing a couple ads for $16ish per hour lol You can live on that if you're living in your parent basement suite. Its crazy how many disepsaries there are in the Kamloops area and never see a car/traffic at one when I drive by. Local oz's from someone I know (no not me this time lol) are $50

I've been ordering ozs from BC (I'm in Ontario) and paying $48-56.
Quality isn't top notch, but the top notch stuff is only $80-100 now.
Shout out to the mail delivery guys doing the hard work in BC.

Becaue it's still pretty much a cash only market, and rec shops get robbed left and right, afaik. Bud tenders.. (lol that does sound pretty dumb, considering you can't even smoke at the shop while they tend to you) have inherently more risk IMO.

They might be getting an extra $10 when I buy some weed, but they're taking thousands off my pay cheque already.
I really don't care if these guys sold out and work for the devil - I personally really enjoy products like what Carmel is putting out, but I'm not touching Schweed products with a ten foot pole.
