buds growing really slow

started growing october 1st (mid spring for southern hemisphere) so it’s been about 5 and a half months and the buds are growing really slow and it’s grown outdoors throughout summer and now it’s the start of autumn any ideas why it’s so slow this is my first plant

Looks pretty beat up and has a few fresh looking flowers on it so might be a bit yet or call it done and cut her down if the weather starts going sideways.

Any idea what the strain is? Sativas can take 14 or more weeks to finish flowering once actual flowering begins.

If no enlargement in a couple more weeks I'd do her in and call it a crop.

honestly no idea what strain but the leafs did look like a sativa, i got the seeds out of some shit street bud. thank you

How long have they been flowering? If its the start of fall it seems on track to me. Late summer early fall is when they usually start to flower . plants veg a long time outdoors Flowering is triggered by the shorter days of fall. You have some time to go imo

pastilles we’re visible about mid december but they were surrounded by leafs but it was pretty opened up around mid january i thinks it’s on its 9th or 10th week maybe

That certainly looks like that plant has a few more weeks to go before it's ripe. Some sativas can take 14 or more weeks to finish up so don't get too impatient.

Looking at first pic, can’t tell if its a diff plant or same one but looks like some heavy defoliation was done? If so when did you do it? That may have contributed to any slow down your perceiving

Especially outdoor where they all get sun at least part of the day and contribute to growth.

Lollipopping is fine but peeps that rip off all fans so their plants look like plucked chickens are way out of line.

basically all of them died off by them self and i pulled them when they were hanging on my threads

Well if im being honest imo that indicates an unhealthy plant and likely the reason for poor growth
