108 watts should be fine but keep plants as close as possible to the lights and depending on the size of the case and number of plants.(2 max i.m.o)
you will need a couple 2700k bulbs for flowering and 6500k for veg.

the more light you can squeeze into that small space without getting heating problems, the better !

Cups should be close to full, consider getting a bigger pot for them anyways.

I don't see an exhaust fan near the top of the case to pull hot air out. Hot air rises and if your fans are at the bottom they are just pulling cooler air out...

Try to spray paint the inside white to better reflect the lights. Maybe even mylar or panda film? Some sort of reflector for those CFLS would do fine too.

I mean look at it the leaves are scrunched up against the sides they are obviously are their way out. If you want my opinion I'd say start over again while you are early in the game. I've heard too much stress early in a plant's life leads to a higher tendency of being a male. Even if that's not the case this grow would need to involve you repotting already...

Well yellowing of the last set of leaves is normal when replanting cuttings. They look a little droopy probably because you watered them right before you took the pictures? I say give it time since they are cuttings.

well thats good too know never read anything about bottom set of leaves yellowing wen taking cuttings and yes was just watered befor technically

It's been a couple of years ago, but I had (3) 13 watt soft white and (2) 15 watt daylight cfl's in the 1st case I built and it did fine. I started with a 12/12 light cycle for about 2 weeks then cut my lights back to a 10/14 cycle. It was very educational for me, I tried my luck at cloning. I wasn't very successful with a 40% survival rate but for 9 months I had a good perpetual grow.

4 26w GE ( 3- 2700k, 1- 6500k ) CFL's smoke was really excellent (BC SeedKing- Purps), but not as many trichs as ones under the "real" lights.
