Why? Let it go until at least 12" to get more out of it,you'll be made if it's some dank and you only had enough to tickle your taste. KEEP SMOKE ALIVE!!

I waited til mine was atleast a foot tall. but its your plant man do what you want. if you just want a little bit of weed then go for it. im curious how much it would yield if you flowered it now.

Yeah you can flower that little thing, but don't expect much from it. If you were going to flower it, just prune all the shoots that come out of the growth nodes and have a single cola on top (lollipop style). That is what I would do in that situation, but that is just me.
