Can i switch from hps to led in the middle of flowering???

Right now my plants in a 32x32 tent under a 400 watt hps? Its in week 4 of flowering and I just got a mars hydro ts1000 and was wondering if i should switch, stay with the hps, or some how use both?

That Mars will only flower a 1.5x1.5 area. Stick with the hps

You would need 2 ts1000 to replace a 400w HP's. I wouldn't try with 1

I'd run both.

But ideally if you can get around 340W of good quality LED in there that would be around double the intensity of that 400W HPS and nearing the max wattage you'd want in that tent without CO2.

I vote don’t switch and find a way to use both.

How can I fit them both or use them both any advice on a setup

Lower the 400 a little hang the led from a side and use as supplemental light.

Can I tilt the mars hydro or does it have to be level

I m thinking of tilting them both in kimda like a wide triangle.

Is this the new nit picking thread? Yeah, he mentioned that, but it wasn't a question or something I replied to. Question was if he could tip an LED panel. I said yes. Then comes the unrelated nit picking. Fun times.
