Can i use the same oil to take oil THC from multiple batches of leaf?

So i want to make some THC infused olive oil from not that great quality trims and leafs and what ever small branches from buds i got.

However if i use so much oil that i would submerge all that stuff in it, i would end up with tons of low potency oil, which is no fun.. So i was wondering if it would work to use like 1 DL of oil that i would use to infuse THC from like 4-5 separate batches or is the only way to get the THC out first and then mix with the oil? Im afraid too much of the oil would get stuck in the leaf matter if i used too little of it, therefore trapping too much of the THC there.

Ps. i also got coconut oil, which is fine also if its better for this for some reason.

My advice is to make dry sift kief from your trim and make the oil from your kief. Just enough oil to dissolve your kief.

Much cleaner, more potent oil.

Im pretty sure this is too low quality to make dry sift kief with :/ Its good enough for butter if this sort of oil thing is a bad idea
