1st time growing in like 8 years and only my 3rd grow at that. This is day 32 of veg for some Bubba OG plants. I'd love to hear any advice anyone has for me on what to do next. I'm thinking 1-2 more weeks of veg to finish filling the screen out then i have lots of room for vertical growth during stretch. I've been lightly defoilating some of the leaves to reveal more bud sites I'm curious if anyone thinks i should be more aggressive on the defoilation.

More defol and time to flip!!! IMO when you flip they will fill that screen and some

Looks good! Any leaves that are blocking shoots below can be removed.By the time flower rolls around all those will be gone anyway.
I'm hesitant to trim the leaves that are near newly forming bud sites... should i be if they are blocking out stuff underneath?

When I did hydro I kept my canopy up high,I could keep the temp around 80f at canopy and 68 down at the floor.So most of my Lsting started 2' above the buckets.Then another trellis a foot above that.Final canopy height was around 4-4.5'
I have not put the plants into flower yet day 32 of veg

I would usually keep 4-6 nodes going,so as one grew the lowers get cut off.So your still vegging another 3 weeks or so.You can top some of the mains to slow them down and help keep it even.

I guess I will add some content as well, and my journal is linked below. I’m roughly 2.5 weeks into my tent grow, had to restart a Sour Diesel, but everyone else is starting strong. Bought a 6” SpiderFarmer exhaust system to setup my sisters 5x5 tent with, as I will be moving 2 of the 8 plants over (Lennon and Malawi) in hopes of growing some monster like plants. Be a long process but hope it pays off. The other 5 strains are Crystal Candy fast, Green Poison fast, Cream Caramel, MK Ultra x Bubble, and Crystal METH
Then I have these gals outside. Had a bug infestation and almost lost 4 plants at the start, from starting in my sisters tent (never bought exhaust so I’m doing it) Thankfully I only lost 1, but seem to hindered their growth for a week or 2 for the other 3 gals as they recovered. (Mango Sapphire, Black D.O.G., American Pie and Sugar Breath who needed to be restarted)
Then I have clones from my last tent grow of a Lemonchello Haze (my 2nd fav of my grow) Moby Dick (colours really pop with her) and Dr Seedsman CBD (for my mom)
Like I said, LH was my 2nd fav of the grow. My top plant was a plant I didn’t clone, but left a few popcorn buds on for a reveg attempt, and started one from seed just in case. That strain was Amnesia Lemon Kush
Then I have these gals outside. I enjoyed them. They were nice, tight buds and frosty. I kept 2 for a few rounds, 1 spicy pheno and one that wasn't spicy at all I'm thinking it was the ghost og leaner I liked it better than the spicy one.
Watch for herms, my og leaner would throw a ball here of there.
Overall nice smoke, if I liked spicy herb I would have it
