Canadian source for Jack's nutrients?

Hi all fellow Canadians. Besides the obvious online options, has anyone seen/found the Jack's line in any retailer, anywhere in Canada? I can get it online but the freak'n shipping is more than the product itself in most cases. It seems like an all-round good product and cheap as hell. Cheers.

Thanks guys, will try that place in Whitby, I'm in the gta quite a bit. Want to try this Jack's, I've heard of good results and a fraction of the cost of bottled nutes. Give it a shot on a few plants wtf.

Give us an update when you give it a try. Always interested in new nutrients:leaf:

I don't carry as I didn't know anyone locally that stocks it. Phoneed Horti Int but went to answering service. Will see. If there is a demand I can bring it in and break it down. I do carry most salts already in 500G containers for aquarium guys and can also sell potassium nitrite but need personal info when you buy it as the gov doesn't want terrorists or citizen that want to take back their country using it.

Will see if Hiorti Int calls back as they are like 15 min from me.

I order factory direct off the website. $11.89 for shipping, but it's STILL cheap, works fabulous and has no expiration date. And stores will jack the price up that much to make a profit.

Yeah I was thinking of going ahead with a small tub of it to test it and buying the larger tubs later if it works out. Have yet to find it in store or online within Canada, not unusual though, we suck when it comes to gardening supplies :(

I've been using Jacks about a year now. Think I might need to adjust the ratio in veg as it looks like I'm lacking in nitrogen at the recommended ratio but working great in flower.

Thanks, are you buying online or have you found a CAD supplier? From what I've read all you need is maybe some cal-mag, I've been thinking about the Citrus one, analysis looks almost perfect out of the box.

Been buying online. Shipping cost to send it here is stupid high but at the same time I'm still saving a ton compared to what i was paying for my A/N that i was using prior to this.

If you use their cal/nit you won't need cal-mag. All i use my rez's is: Jacks Hydro, cal/nit and ph adjuster. Nothing else other than that.

No call backs from Horti Int so I guess I can rule out bringing some in.
Thanks for giving it a shot. They seem to operate like a mom & pop shop, cheesy web site and all. It's like they're content with the US market and selling the odd bucket online up north - lol.

Horti is the distributor for western Canada, they have a huge warehouse full of nutrients. They also have a massive greenhouse full of strawberries for Costco. They sell to mostly commercial greenhouses.

Ok got a hold of them gonna set up an wholesale account and see what they got. They said they got 20 different blends. I got a nasty sinus cold today so not in a mood to start researching the blends today, if you guys have suggestions on which ones let me know other wise I'll be doing more research on the weekend.
Great to hear! The one I'm going to test with first is their Citrus Feed which seem like a well rounded mix for what we're growing right out of the box, may not need anything else. I've seen this one recommended in a few forums/threads and it makes sense when you look at the analysis. Cheers.
