hey @AquaTerra do you happen to carry 2 or 3" slip x slip bulkheads or any other pvc fittings for rdwc systems?

Or does anyone know a good place to order from in Canada? Hydro stores or plumbing shops, whatever, Amazon only has double threaded, id prefer slip.

Sometimes i feel like i live on the fkn moon, here on this island lol

I'd have to check on the 2/3" but usually have 1/2-1" in stock. See if there is anything here https://en.calameo.com/read/00410283966f04a175aaa

You're pretty much SOL on finding bulkheads that large from any plumbing suppliers. There are tank adapters in the link Aquaterra provided but they are threaded connections. Not a big deal but you said you prefer slip(socket) connections. Current Culture makes a really slick bulkhead fitting that you can purchase separately but of course you gotta order from the states...

@AquaTerra (figured I'd tag you as well). GreenPlanet wholesaler carries/sells current culture brand, and has the "spin tight" bulkheads in 2" and 3" listed on their wholesale website. So if there's any "gardening" type store that has greenplanet as a wholesaler they *should* be able to order them for you (In canada).

Was looking at some other Canadian online retailers today and funny seeing the ones that had the cheapest prices now have upped them quite a bit. LOL guess not making money on products trying to be the cheapest is not working so good when the weed market is so bad.

Not looking for a quote, but could you give a rough cost estimate for shipping 5 kg and 10 kg to Alberta? Assuming it is reasonable, I'll be a new customer. I like your prices, and your selection of dry nutes is pretty awesome.
Thank you.

Depends where in AB you are. I'm up north out of Peace River and it ain't cheap. Regular Canada Post is almost always cheaper and even with regular post is here within a few days.

@AquaTerra is a straight up dude and won't steer you wrong!

Yup, I agree. For what it's worth, I recommend them. Quality customer service too.
The website has a shipping calculator. Just add the items to your cart and go through the checkout.
Peace.

Do you mean the prices sellers/businesses are able to fetch are falling lower and lower?
Online hydro stores that had super cheap prices now have upped them quite a bit BUT yes in BC the market is fucking brutal atm. "quads" are moving and US is taking them but nothing else. I've shown middle guy crazy looking stuff from my buddies and they said no, were like WTF do you want the stuff was stinky, sticky crystaly and big or not?. Nuts right now. LOT of exsisting farmers in BC are having reality checks, guys that are just normal guys not the "organized crime" the gov says they are. Problem is 70% of those guys are in their mid 40's and they've been growing weed since their 20's and no trade of any other skills.

Problem with Canada Post is years ago you could negotiate better prices with them now you have to follow their 4 tiers (unless you are Amazon) which I would have to have 2 online sales per day to maybe get the 30-40% off shipping. Now that's fine and dandy but I can't make that part of my business plan as the moment I don't meet the $7800 in shipping per year I fall back. Also even if I had 30% off shipping shipping to Ontario or east I would still almost break even and make $10 profit on say $70 profit order if I offered free shipping say after $200. I think atm I have to consider eastern provinces a loss leader but problem is that's where most of my online sales come from.

While my store is still not loosing money and I can pay my bills I'm gonna get into wheat grass and micro green production inside my store. Can be some nice money for very small investment but LOT of leg work to sell the product.

Oh, that's right - I remember you mentioning that I think.
That's weird that top quality stuff is being passed on, I wonder if it's purely price and they think, or know, they can find something cheaper (and will hope it's "as good"). I duno.
I just don't have time to comment on the "organized crime" nonsense. Agreed.
Those guys have skills/other skills, I'd bet. But I know what you're saying. But, irrelevant, really.

That's interesting.

Edit: missed a word.

Well there's 7x+ as many people in Ontario alone plus BC has a crap load of local hydro stores.
