Had two shipments of beans not make it last year .they were not tracked packages as the fella doesn't ship up here or most people...but he is one of the most reputable if not THE MOST reputable man on this site and he says he sent them . they did not make it . Other breeders did . I believe myself that there are certain People working the imaginary line down there that have caught on and are playing super cop thinking there stopping fucking drugs coming thru , half wits who never got laid til they were 45 and got swirlys in high school and got boners while listening to the girl sing the national anthem

True North Seed Bank.

I wouldnt buy another seed from this place if they were the last store in North America.

Ace Chitral Kush 3 out of 5 actually germinated and 2 were runts and 1 flourished....after 4 weeks i culled the puny runts.

World of Seeds Pakistan Valley....0 out of 10 germinated. Cracked the seeds after a week and they are all duds.

They do not warranty anything....why would you ever buy from them again? Tough luck...we dont warranty.

Ace Seeds direct offers a germination warranty. I would rather get it shipped from Europe.

They burned me once before on an order....but i needed those Ace Chitral Kush...turns out it is moot because 1 plant out of 15 wont work.

I hope to have better luck with the landraces i got from Europe...they cant be worse.
I ordered from them last fall. I got 3 pack FEM Red Dragon, 3 pack FEM King Tut, and 5 pack FEM ACE mix( actually had 6 seeds in there). Chose the Hash Passion REG for the freebee.

Ordered on Sept 14, received in mail Sept 18th.

So far I've grown 1 Red Dragon, 1 King Tut, 2 ACE, and just sprouted the Hash Passions. That's 6 for 6 100% success rate. I gave one ACE to a friend, it was a mutant, but he is flowering it and it's actually quite the beast. I flowered the Red Dragon, chopped just under 2 weeks ago, and just flipped the King Tut and other ACE.

Not sure why you had a bad experience, but mine has been good. I will order my next seeds from them.

Aren't seeds legal? I always thought they were. Tbh, I noticed on my tracking today it said "item has arrived and will be presented for review," this was upon customs arrival. I don't recall ever seeing that before.

When your pal didn't get his order, did he get a note or how did that work?
Seeds are technically legal and can be imported however there are rules that nobody follows. All seeds fall under the seeds act and as such require a bunch of documentation as well as a certificate from a lab certifying the seeds were not sprayed with any pesticides. If they have been they are considered a pest control product. It is totally legal to import pot seeds but no seed seller or private citizen is going to jump thorough the million hoops they set up. That's why folks just send them and why they get confiscated from time to time.

The big problem I find with TNSB is they got greedy and are now double the price as everywhere else. Right now
Blackberry Auto FEM - 5 SeedsCA$119.54

Xotoic seeds in Brampton
Blackberry (FB) Auto 5pk
Add your review
$65.00

They also way overcharge for shipping, force you to buy insurance on top of the overpriced shipping and don't give any kind of germination guarantee . I used to sing the praises of these guys but now I just feel like they are robbing people. I could order from Seedsman, tack on a 75% markup and still beat TNSB prices and that is disguising. Their greed was the reason they lost my business and hopefully everyone else's until they stop gouging people.

Thanks for sharing, good to know. I'll definitely keep this in mind when I order next, and shop around.

Looking for some OG Panama Red atm, all I've found is newer breeds and crosses, I want the original though.

Cheers

No problem. I like getting this message out there, I don't mind paying a premium if there is a good reason but in this case I think it's just plain greed. Check out the place I compared TNSB to, I was just told about them and they have an actual store you can walk into in Brampton if you are in the GTA. Good luck on your hunt.

I ordered from other seedbanks and it was SO easy

Jordan of the Isle
Worlds STrongest

And from the USA from many breeders. Great Lakes Genetics shipping is 30 USD but comes with a T shirt and really good shipping and WAY MORE FREEBIES.

After reaching out to ACE....TNSB reached out to me...wait a minute...maybe if you send us some pics we can do something.

For the record you need seed pics for them to do anything....I happen to have taken some so it might work out.

I wish there were options in cases like this. I see this as being forced to pay for a t shirt that advertises their business and a bunch of promotional stickers that I don't want, in order to buy their seeds.
IMO, keep everything but the seeds and charge a reasonable shipping fee.

If you need a lot you're better off contacting a local agi wholesaler and getting that way. Only issues is if they allow you to set up an account, its usally farms oir if you have a reselling business. Hydroton will be hard to get bulk as there's always shortage of it around and usally can only get from hydro wholesalers I've never know any other agri wholesaler that carried hydroton.

For coco look for places that make custom soils they'll probaly have coco but be prepared for gnats as they'll have the coco sitting outside while their flush it over time to remove the salts.

You could go with red lava stone instead of hydroton at landscape supplies, wash good. Lowes or homedepot sell sunshine mix #4 in bales.
