I know I've been away from the growing game for a while, but I'm back and we have our deep water culture buckets up and running! For now, I thought I'd share some pics with you guys. The first pics you see are from 2/28 (T12), then the last pics are where we are now. (1K HPS) This pic wouldn't rotate right for me..lol

You see our moms where @cat of curiosity... bonsai'd them. When he first did it, I was shocked! He hacked them way down to the first few nodes. As you can see though, they bounced back and we'll take more cuttings once we have our tent set up in the shop. The cuttings you see here didn't make it, Cat said there was still too much nitrogen in the moms when we took them :(

We're using GH (General Hydroponics) three part system, Cal Mag and we're looking for the original 0-9-18 Hammerhead, things are going to get bushy around these parts! So pull up a seat and enjoy the view :bigjoint:

I've a question for the chemists out there @cannabineer ;) We can't find the original Hammerhead 9/18, so I've been doing some research and found this thread over at another forum https://www.thcfarmer.com/community/threads/an-hammerhead-pk-9-18-discontinued.18446/page-4 The guy claims he's got the recipe for making it homestyle with the proper ratios.

Y'all ever tried this or know anyone that has? I'm concerned about the ratios not to mention the price, although if it does work, it would be very cost efficient.

We're planning on flowering within two weeks, just waiting for some girth on these girls. Anybody have any recs on whether to top or wait it out? :)

we wanted to have four buckets going by now but the failed cuttings put us in a bind so we're over vegging to run two girls under a thousand watts. Still trying to break a pound

How did your babies adjust to the 1000 watts? How long have they been under the sodium, or is a metal halide? unless you're going for more cuttings off those, when they are already somewhat bushy (not a narrow bean pole plant), i tend to bend or tie the apex cola sideways and then the other side branches quickly catch up evenly, rather than lose any gains made from the main stem growth. Lookin good rosey :-):-)

They adjusted fine, some very light burning at a few tips, other than that great :) It's sodium and about a week now. We started them at 16/8 then 18/6 to get them used to it, now they're on 24/7. Cat does the same, he's been bending some fan leaves here and there to get more light to the lower branches and nodes.

Thanks abe! :)
