clean intake air

My grow room is outside, in the backyard, on a covered patio. The room is 4x8x8. On the roof is a 740cfm 8" vortex fan. The intake is a 10" duct that goes out the back of the room and under the house. The duct goes about 20' under the house, on the end of the duct is a 12x 18x24 box with a 12x20 ac filter. This system has worked very well for 3yrs. About a year ago I started getting a bad PM problem, I tried everything, and finally discovered it was coming from under the house. So what do I do to clean the air coming into my room?

Thanks for the input. I hope there is an easier way. Crawling under the house and spreading sulfer dust would be a BIG job. How much would I use? do I cover the whole underneath? Thats about 1300sq.ft. Also Im 60 yrs old, thats alot of crawling. I used to do that kinda stuff when I was working, but now Im retired and I hope for an easier alternative.

Outside temps , in the summer, range from mid 80's to over 100. I live in L.A. ,in the SFV. How about a ozone, or neg. ion generator in the intake duct, to clean the air?
Their is no other place to get cool air for my room. On a 100 degree day the air from under the house keeps my room about 78 degrees. The only alternatives are to put an ac unit on the wall of my room, way too much money to run, or cut a hole in the wall of my house, and use the swamp cooler, cooled air, from in the house. I think that will be to much relitive humidty. Thanks for everyones input.
