Clones woes; fungal or nutrient toxicity

Hey y’all,

I had a girl that was getting too tall for my tent so I took some cuttings from her. I dipped her in rooting powder (yes it’s not organic, it’s the only non-organic thing I use), sprinkled great white in the peat puck and stuck the cutting in there. I kept it in a humidity dome, took the lid off once in the morning and once in the evening, and grew them under 120watt HLG quantum board.

they all rooted, but I didn’t plant the clones right away. Some of the roots coming out of the pick turned brown, which I thought they were dying because of the light. I planted one on my SIP, and had super slow growth, burnt tips, leaves tacoing, leaf margins turning brown, white dots (did not find any bugs on the underside). I thought maybe my SIP had nutrient block, but it turns out the rest of my clones that are not that soil, are doing the same thing.

Is it fungal?

This clone has been in that soil for a week the time of this picture
