I've never repotted anything in coco. Plenty of other plants in soil, which is easy dry. Can't let coco dry, so do you guys have any tips to make it smooth?

I'm worried about getting it out without fucking it up. Never repotted a wet plant.I transplant in coco regularly without any issues.
As long as the root system is large enough to hold everything together........it shouldn't be a problem.I'm worried about getting it out without fucking it up. Never repotted a wet plant.
I also use Air pots and find they make transplanting a breeze. Plants unroll with zero root stress an no difficulty in pulling them out of the pot. For the OP, transplanting in coco is no different than transplanting in soil, no worries, you will be fine.As long as the root system is large enough to hold everything together........it shouldn't be a problem.

Personally, I think 6 gallon pots are overkill in coco.........I use 2.5 gallon pots for my final container, and never have an issue.
Last run I used 4G each for 2 plants. As long as the root system is large enough to hold everything together........it shouldn't be a problem.

I prefer it not wet but slight damp because it gets dusty and you lose some of the soil...they say transplanting when dry is recommended idk why besides it being lighter and easy to flip up side down...but I've done it dry and slightly wet before with no problems...just don't transplant right after watering then you will have a mess....and I repotted one ripped the whole bottom part of the roots (roots actually grow into fabric pots)didn't even notice a change...I've also had to prune root bound plants had no problems at all...if you have a good root ball it should stay in tact damp or dry and be careful the roots up top help support the plant don't tear them or be rough because then the plant has to support itself in a unnatural wayI'm worried about getting it out without fucking it up. Never repotted a wet plant.
