I would say it's not far off but a hell of a lot easier to actually finish the grow without catastrophe.

I just planted in Coco using fish emulsion and cal/mag.....70/30 coco/perlite. I got them in a solo cup with drains. Am i good?

I germinated them then put the tail down....using alaskan fish 5-1-1 with Cal/Mag. Can i go higher with the fish emulsion to 15-3-3?

If you have only just dropped your seeds (with tail.) dont use nutrients yet. If you have already, pour some pH water through to remove it.
They don't need anything but water for a week at least.

No, RDWC is the fastest I've seen (and use). There are several benefits, as well as difficulties, in RDWC. You have to be right on top of it. I've seen up to 4" of grown in a single day, with RDWC.
But, nothing matches experience.

Coco works great. Explosive growth and excellent yields if you do it right. Treat it and feed it like hydro.

Agree. Stick with the basics, before the exotics. Get yourself General Hydroponics Flora Trio, as well as CaliMag, which you'll need when growing in Coco.
Make sure you test and balance your pH. Super important with hydro.

Hydro is a whole different ballgame. It has its positive and negative sides. If you love to tinker, and build things yourself, then you'd like hydro. If you'd rather just set it and forget it, or don't have the extra time it takes to maintain a hydro system, then you're better off with soil for a while.

Well my coco is washed and buffed twice with cal/mag 30 percent perlite. My two seeds are northern lights small and green, well the third seed looks like it going to pop. I think i am ready to transplant tomorrow to the final grow pot. I need the floral trio to come in. Feeling my way here. Does anyone use the air pots? I got three plants in air pots. The bags might be better.

heres my seedling northern lights and skywalker og. first grow how am i doing. skywalker is in miracle grow soil. Hopefully buds next week got the big one trimmed needs more maybe? I want cola's not pop corn. I trim them almost every two days. Now when they go into bud how many fan leaves do I need? Just got the tent on April 20. Learning fast and its fun as could be. Its comparable but not quite as fast, yields are close as well.
