Colorado growing laws question

I know I can grow 6 plants recreationally, 3 veg, 3 flower.

Can I grow an extra 6 because I also have my medical card?

I see some states that allow this but I can't find anything in Colorado saying I can or can't.

If not can I grow my brothers plants?

Can I grow 12 legally at all?

Rec law doesn't apply to someone with a med card. You get more growing "rights" with the med card, but they don't stack lol. Not sure why people still get the med card unless the want access to the med side at the dispo. Just do your thing and shut your mouth about it bro.

No, with or without a med card 6 is the max plant count unless you get your doctor to increase your plant count.

If 2 or more adults over 21 live there, you can have 12 plants max. 6 vegging, and 6 flowering.

This.
I have a 24 plant count but still stay within the local law (which is pretty much state wide now from what ive seen) of 6 flowering (wife and I makes 6 legal) and grow big plants.
I mostly wanted the extended count to be able to buy 2oz and some extracts when I want to and to be able to carry around more with me.
Last year I had a 48 count and realized it was a huge waste of money to pay that much extra, so I got it dropped to the max of the 2nd tier which is 24 when I got it renewed.
With my conditions I could easily get a 50+ count again if I wanted to, but id have to get a commercial space to legally grow it all.
