Converting My 4x6 Closet

Ive been looking into doing this for a while, and once i finish my current grow (has at least a month left) in my 3x3 id like to start working on changing my entire closet into a grow room/area .
Dimensions :
4 foot wide x 6 feet deep , with a 7 foot ceiling but it slants down to about 4 feet as you go further into the closet

Right now im running a single 270W LED , the manufacturer says it flowers 2.5x2.5 but its more like 2x2 for flower and 3x3 for veg. im looking to get adequate light(s) to basically fill the entire space while still being on a budget of less thAn $500. Meaning if i can do this with $350 instead, im with all that!!

Im currently pulling over 4-6 oz per harvest but id like to get at least 14-18 oz per run and i know that is easily achievable if i upgrade my space

The closet has wooden posts that would be perfect for hanging lights, my closet is practically begging to be grown in (see pics)

i have considered HPS, more cheap(ish) LEDs CMH etc but my main concern is overall cost & cost efficiency, as well as heat issues, as the room is upstairs. Although i have a window A/C it can get hot in the summer with just the LED i have alone -

I currently have a 4 inch inline fan with a carbon filter that i have barely used in my current space through 2 entire grows , would this be good enough to run for the 4x6?

Any help or comments are highly appreciated! Please also try include the relative cost of everything you would use to get this space going right!

here are some pics of my current grow & setup!!

Everyone has different environments and climates but I would say a 6" fan would be needed.

I can give you parts that will cost around $150 to light each 2x4 pretty easy.

But how are you going to vent the heat out and exchange the air in this closet if you light the whole thing up?

That was one of my questions too, theres a window right outside of the closet that has my window A/C currently . what I usually do during the winter months is open the tent up and i have a skylight as well that i open to let fresh air into my entire room, and i have a fan that pulls air from outside the tent with my clip on fan circulating air thru the tent . I havent had much need for my carbon filter or exhaust fan during the winter because my temps and humidity stays around 75 and 40% Rh and when ive run my fan it actually gets hotter with higher RH. Is the exhaust fan absolutely necessary? Also what would you recommend for lighting

You will find though you got away with lack of air exchange or recycling air with a small light and set up if you fully light your 4x6 the heats going to mount up, the rh will spike and importantly the co2 will diminish.

So yeah its a fundamental part of growing to properly ventilate, except when you run a sealed set up which needs proper co2 injection and a really good air conditioning unit.

For lighting, if you want to go with LED still.

Two of these per 2x4 space https://horticulturelightinggroup.com/collections/quantum-boards/products/qb288-v1-slate-2-single-combo
If you go that route you can save 10% with the code riu10

With a meanwell xlg-240-h-ab driver per set of two boards.

Bit of aluminium to tie each set together and a bit of 18gauge solid core wire.
