the 3 per adult doesn't kick in till end of july, but now we can co-op 12 per household, market is strong here just cant be greedy
I think the co-op thing will be town/county allowed. the law states the county/town can allow for co-op or co-op limits or banning outright but they cant put a prohibition on the "3 plant per resident" limit. so if 6 verifiable adults live on 1 property the town cannot put a limit on the 3 plants per adult on this property. but they can ban or put limits on non residents from growing on said property.

my last run in my 8kw room cost me about $4k with everything. i had about 10 units of high quality from this run (low since my vpd was off and i was test/tuning this brand new room) which puts me at about 25 a zip cost or about a buck a gram... not the best but should be getting much better numbers as i tune the room.

They believe in their black little hearts that the excess crop from rec grows is going to the black market, or at the very least being transferred to others who aren't growing. That amounts to lost revenue. This is all about money.

I'm in MA, and right now medical dispensaries are charging roughly $15 a gm; yeah they discount higher quantities but thats the per gram price. When we finally go legal and shops can sell, taxes will drive that up to $20/gm. Since we will be a seed to sale state, they can only buy from a few licensed growers, so their costs will be fixed.

Right now the street price is around $5-$7/gm and its falling. It only costs $0.50/gm to grow it.

This isn't about crime. It isn't about medicine or care or individual rights. It's about money.

Our turn will come. Our governor is a republican, but so far he hasn't been an asshole wrt weed. The legislature tried to clamp down on homegrowing last year but backed off for now. For now. The cannabis commission is just coming together. They will be the new sherrif in town. It won't be pretty.
I agree, it's all about the money

ok did some more digging the new law took effect soon as it was signed, the 6 plant per person is grandfathered in for 6 months. that is all that matters to me! after that its co-op for me

Amen to that ! They don't give a f*** about the patients that's for sure and I'll be damned if they try to tell me I can't grow as much medicine as I need I just got done battling cancer for 2 and 1/2 years straight with chemo and radiation like f*** they're going to tell me that I can only grow half as much ????

My Answer To Them ::: EAT A BIG OL BAG OF DICKS !!!

They forget 4th generation canna farmers like myself will vanish into the gazillion acres of wilderness here in Maine & they'll still prevail !!!

FUCK EM !!! FREE THE WEED & OVERGROW THE GOVERNMENT !!!

Nice looking plants.
I'm doing a test grow this year with unknown strain bag seed that a friend has used for the last 14 years, lol
I have a feeling the seeds are from hermies by the way he described the original plants.
They have vegged for 30 days and I'll put them outside in a couple weeks.
