Crazy Trichomes or MOLD?? I can't tell

So, this plant was harvested about a couple weeks ago or so. The plant had dried to the point where it snapped and the buds are now in a mason jar that gets burped twice daily. I never actually paid attention to the buds themselves until today.

From a distance, the buds look like they may have mold on them, but when I get really close, I can't tell if they're just crazy cloudy trichomes or gray mold? If I use a flash, you can see a difference.

Need some help identifying!

STRAIN: White Widow from Royal Queen Seeds
Was grown in soil, indoors, no other signs of problems during the grow at all. Was a very healthy plant.

Do you have a scope of some sort? A jewelry loupe or something similar, the first 3 pics makes me think its worth checking.

take a look at 60x and see if you have a silkish web like growth near the suspected areas, white/grey mold will have web/silk like growth that's usually slimy and stretches.

The pictures are the closest I can get. It’s a microscopic camera that I used. I don’t really see any webbing or anything. It looks more like long cloudy trichomes but that’s just it, I’ve never had a mold issue and I’m not sure this is it. I can try and hook up a digital microscope and get a closer look but it may be too much magnification. :(

Phew! That makes me feel so much better. It’s in the same spot on the buds I pulled out. It’s not on anything other than the lower section.

Everything I’ve seen looks as though it can be or develop anywhere on the buds. This is only on the undersides.

looks fine to me too. sometimes trichomes look a little brownish as they amber.

was there high humidity or something to make you suspect mold?

No. Our humidity is crazy low here. Rarely gets over 55% in the drying space and grow area. The room they cure in is maybe 60% but the jars are never opened during those RH levels.

And, this particular harvest I trimmed all the fan leaves off before drying and curing and I think because I did something different I’m making myself paranoid. Lol

The WW produced much more than I was expecting and I have the jars filled more than usual as well. I’m out of jars and space. Lol

Hi HF,
Remember that it's a White strain...well the original white strain actually. They are known for whitish appearance because of trichomes. It looks plenty good to me...
