can anyone tell what kind of problem or deficiency does it look like on these leaves?

Checked for pests? Get a jewelers loupe and check under the leaves.

there are like white little patches or spots all over the leaves too m trying to see a homemade recipe to get rid of them as well but do you think is it because of that?
