Hey guys.. this is my 1st time growing an Auto and im using coco as my medium and General hydroponics as my Nutes
I have it in 4x4 tent with 480 QB light.. with 18/6 Lighthing
They are in week 2 flowering basically i have issues in my tent regarding the temperature its so hot around 86-90 Fahrenheit and i cant do anything about it i have 3 fans inside and it still hot.. i was wondering if that is the reason for slow growth and maybe it lead to other problem as well..

so basically i started to mess up when the 1st pistils showup.. i gave her some defoliation and she respond okay... but after a few weeks the plant got bushier and i got carried away and do a 2nd defoliating coz i was concern about the lower branches so i keep on plucking the leaf especially the damage leaf and now as u can see my fan leaf is really thin.. and i wanted to control the height of the plant so in my head i was thinking supercropped is the way to go.. after the supercropped my fan leaf started turning yellow like they are in a lockout.. and i dont know what to do.. isit because of the stress? or the heat? or not enough nutrient? will it still produce? they are now entering week 3 of flowering...

i feel just like i wasted all my nutrients :(

It is to hot. The plant is burning through water trying to keep cool. So it pulling up a lot of nutes with all that water. If you got hi temps you need to feed small amounts.

But honestly you probably need AC.

thank you for your reply yeah i do have AC but its not portable its right above my tent but it give no impact to the growtent unfortunately when u say feed small amount do u have recommendation im currently at 750ppm but will it still flower?

What is the temp of the room the tent is in?

Try to use EC when talking dissolved solids. Most meters will do both. EC is always the same. Where as ppm is some dumb shit that is just a conversion of EC.

So depending on what conversion factor is used that 750 could mean 3 different things.
Cut that in half and keep your plants well watered. See how they react for now and work on lowering your temps.

If i use the 500 scale 750ppm us 1500 ec. That is a little higher than most use. You should not need more than 1200 with most good quality ferts using coco. But you should read what the plant wants. Start low and slowly go up.

Also water should be ph 6.2.

Stop plucking leaves and lay off the nutrients and it might have a chance.

Do you actually have an exhaust fan in your tent?
Yes i do.. but the outside temp is just too hot for tent...

yes... already stop doing any weird shit i just water with nutrient now.... lesson learned just trying to maximize yield coz i it was so bushy but i just dont know when to stop and got carried away.. right now im not sure if i should hold on to it..

okay ill try it.. im currently on 5.5ph.. i rotate the PH from 6.2 - 5.5 for example i will water them 5.5 for 2 days then 5.8 next 2days and going up to 6.2 and rotate.. is that a wrong way to water those plant?

I would try to more consistent. 5.8 in veg and 6.2 in flower.

It is a learning experience. You will see how the plant grows. But usually plants that are stressed take a long time to finish. You will def get something to smoke in the end.
