Dis-satisfaction with dutch passion seed company

40 bucks plus shipping is what it would cost to get 5 feminized blueberry seeds from dp, i've been growing them for around a month now and while they do seem to be growing well. So far it looks as though one will be male  dis-satisfied is definitely the word

My 5 Feminized mazar look shit!

The seeds were pale green and the size of a sesame seed.

All 5 germed but my other strains are triple there size.

Wow...Sorry to hear that...My Mazar is rocking the shit!. Dutch Passion provides good genes. Talk about vigorous growth.

My beans were healthy. I passed a few to a friend. I'll see how he likes them.

My beans were BB/Mazar regulars.

I dont use Fem seeds.....Too many unhappy tales. Get a pack of regs....keep a male....and make your own beans.

I will add...My BB's are the most finicky seedlings Ive ever grown. I pulled the 1st one thinking something was wrong because it grew so slowly. Got another going in DWC now.....Same thing. BB's take a patient person to grow it. Thats not me.

a seed bank is only as good as its weakest link. Some burnout probably was just whipping seeds into a pack and you got unfortuntatly screwed, i have had immature seeds from good seed banks, but i wouldnt go to say the seed bank sucks or is no good, but when thousands of seeds are being packaged in a month or so, its only innevietable that less than 100 percent will be satisfied. Email them or something, i would imagine most larger seed banks will rectify the situation.

is dutch-passion.nl a safe site to do business with? if so, whats the average time delivery? Do they meet the quality genetics the seeds are supposed to be?

My dutch passion shaman is doing great. Started in soil and it was stunted so I switched it to hydro and its grown 8 inches in 2 weeks. Just switched to 12/12 tonight.

I grew a 10 pack of Dutch passion fem blueberry back in 2001 and it grew all mutated and the buds were tiny and tasted like shit it was not Blue berry.

I grew out last season the auto Mazar from Dutch Passion turned out to the most crap plant i ever had, even worst than the Green-o-matic from GHS.. It was the first cannabis plant I grew that smelled like bad oregano...

mazars advertised as a stealth strain for that very reason, I've just purchased some of their brainstorm, and then read the shitstorm of reviews that DP, and the strain, are getting. It'll be my second grow, so i wanted something relatively stealthy, quick n easy to supercrop, and mazar was suggested, breeding it with an automatic strain i feel may have undermined its quality somewhat

Breeding with ditch weed will undermine the quality of drug cultivars for sure.

Well I've had great results with dp and I've tried quite a few different makes they all sell the odd bum seed I've had seeds from the sensi seed bank that were shit and green house seeds the odd o e dutch passion are no different I'm smoking dp white widow at the moment and there is no smoker on this planet would not think this is the fucking shit its fire and I had amazing results from dp mazars too very big yeilders but you do need to have the knowledge to no how to grow or you will get statements like above ,no dutch passion are one of the best out there for good genetics

I've tried packs of different DP autos, all of them were complete crap. The photosensitive stuff I've smoked from them has also been mediocre.

Just wanted to update this for 2019. I bought 20 Dutch passion White Widow seeds and they were the worst plants I have ever grown. I only planted 5 and flushed the rest down the toilet after seeing the results. The buds were super airy, took forever to finish, and had very little frost on them. I will never buy from them again. Dutch Passion sucks.

That's too bad, Dutch passion had a really good widow back in the late 90's. I still have a clone from their feminised version that i found in 99'. Smells like mentholated SKUNK with that widow aroma mixed in there. Good yield, 8 week finish and great bag appeal. After twenty years of action she's a little tired though.

Ran one pack of Dutch passion white widow fems about five yrs ago to find something similar and there were still decent plants in the line but didn't find anything better than what I have. Never ran the regular version. The overgrow strainguide has lots of reviews on old dp ww if anyone can dig it up, though its pretty irrelavent at this point.

well yeah, 30 years ago White Widow was fire. Now white widow is the shit on the bottom of your shoe compared to modern strains.

Best widow I've ever grown was from Delta 9 labs, they sell beanpoll sativa dom expression, very strong with low odor/taste. Smelled like wood oil and eucalyptus. Same breeder also has a sativa phenotype of Sensi Star from late 90's called Super-Star.
