Do I need to rinse and buffer Botanicare Cocogro?

I'm getting ready to start my first grow, and I'll be using Botanicare Cocogro as my growing medium. Now I know you're supposed to rinse and buffer crap quality Coco, but what about good brands that claim to be already rinsed and buffered Like Cocogro? I've asked some people and I've gotten conflicting advice. Also, during the first few weeks when I'm just watering and not giving any nutes, should I be adjusting the ph of the water? Also should mention I'm doing autos.

That coco should be good to go.

Here's some must read info on coco feeding and ph.

There are many different feeding styles and methods used. Above is just one example.

I have a few other questions too. I'm growing Girl scout cookies extreme autos from ILGM, and wanted to know how tall I should expect these plants to get in 5 gal pots if I do lst? Also, I know they will smell, and I've read that some strains smell more than others, but I've not been able to find how much gsc tend to smell in general. I have a good relationship with my neighbors within 200' of my house on either side, and one of them smokes a lot, but should I be worried about beyond the 200'?
