Do I need to use normal led temps while using with 315 cmh?

So my next run I will be using 2 315 cmh and 2 110 watt sf1000 alibaba leds in a 5x5.

This will be my first time using any type of led but from what I have read I need to keep the temps around the low 80s.

Since I am mixing in cmh also should i go with those temps or would mid to high 70s be ok?

I've had no issues with temps in both of those ranges. This is my first grow though, so take that with a grain of salt. At mid to high 80s I did see some signs of heat stress so I'm trying to run about 80 for the daytime maximum.

Too much light and high temps.

I did a 4x4 run. 2x CMH 315w + COB 240w + low to mid 80s = Foxtailing. I also goofed on nutes a lil during flower.

I guess I'll have to experiment with light height and temps to see what works best.

I'll be using just about as much light as you but in a bigger space so it should be easier to keep cool.

My last run was with 915 watts and temps never went over 80 but the weather is warming up so we'll see how it goes.

You should be fine. Especially if you are growing photos.

Yes I'll be doing 4 photos vegged around 6 weeks from seed.

My biggest concern was keeping the room hot enough since I see most people saying led needs to be in the low 80s. I am brand new to led and might switch over completely if I am not happy with the cmh led mix results.

This tent never made it over 78 and went down to about 63 every time lights were off. Not sure why temps would need to be so high, but i dont run LED's- those are best reserved for large TV's.

Lookin good there

From what I understand the leaf temps won't be as high with led and they won't transpire much so people run the temps a little higher.

I normally run 76-78 with hps and cmh. Since I will have 630 watts of cmh and just 220 of led I'm not sure if i even need to change the temps at all.

Yeah running my 5x5 1000w DE HPS at 1100w 20 hours a day proved to be a touch to much for my last autos. Should be fine for photos. This guy has a 5x5 he is no where near the "to much light" issue.
Yea i was debating on getting the 2 of the sf2000s just to make sure I had enough light which I still might do.

This is my first time ordering anything from alibaba so I just ordered the sf1000 to see if the light actually comes and works. If everything is fine I'll order another 1000 or 2000.
