Do I Qualify?

All my life I've had severe anxiety, panic disorder,anorexia since I was 13, depression, and ADD. I've been medicated on pharmaceuticals since I was 16 because I could not go a day without having multiple panic attacks and could not function properly in society. In high school my anxiety would make me sweat profusely which not only made me stand out and a target but also made me even more anxious. I am medicated on a high dosage of Zoloft, Ativan which I take almost every day of the week, and Adderall for my ADD. My problems are genetic, since my mothers side has anxiety and panic disorders and my fathers side has anxiety and severe depression. As my tolerance to my medications go up and a higher dosage is required to reach the same effect to make my psychological problems manageable, I realize how dependent I'm becoming on pharmaceuticals. I've been smoking since I was a teenager to deal with the insomnia the Zoloft and Adderall cause along with treating my panic attacks. Would I qualify to be a medical patient?

i would think you would qualify. Ask your dr. & if you really want to become a patient & yer primary wont help, then take yer medical record to a cannacare.
