Is that a 100w LED in a 2x2 tent?
The height difference between the tallest plant and the short plants means the short ones are getting significantly lower intensity. The power density from a point source of light decays as 1/(distance^2), so at twice the distance from the source, the power density is 1/4. You can put something under the shorter plants to raise them closer to the light.
Also, when you switch to flower, the big plant is going to stretch way more than the little plants, and it's going to increase in size significantly, taking up much more of the footprint of the tent.

I would put something under small plants cause they will get so much less light than that big one. But if that would be my tent i think i will remove small plants and LST bigger one that gonna full your tent easily after you switch 12/12.

30 day veg will make that tiny tent a mess without training

30 more days on the big plant is going to get out of control, unless you do some training and trimming. If it gets tall, all the lower stuff will only produce fluff balls.
